Stillwater Hospice of Northern Wyoming is a Medicare certified in-home hospice agency providing end of life care to terminal patients and their families in the Big Horn Basin.  We offer physician services, nursing, CNAs, spiritual care, social work, durable medical equipment (DME), medical supplies, medications, respite for care givers and grief support.  We provice care to the patient where they live; at home, an assisted living facility, or care center.  There is no cost to Medicare beneficiaries.  Anyone can call to request education or an evaluation.
